Are you a Lawyer, Investor, Real Estate Agent, or someone who needs to sign lots of online documents?

If so you will find transparent signatures allow you to save the hassle of printing out complete documents, signing, scanning, and then e-mailing the documents.

With transparent signatures you can work directly with your Adobe Files (even if they were faxed to your electronically) as well as Microsoft Word documents and insert your signature and or initials so that your signature does not look like a "box" covering the document.


How to create a digital or electronic signature, showing before and after

 

To make your Transparent Signature we take your signature and process it to remove the background, leaving only the lines you wrote on the paper. These signatures are also called transparent GIF signatures and require the use of a costly program to convert them.

Send me your best signature in either black or blue, best with a nice sharp felt tip pen on plain white paper, and I will convert your image to a transparent "GIF" file that you can use with Adobe Acrobat and or Microsoft Word or equivalent program. You will be able to size your signature to fit any size document. Email it to dave.korpi@gmail.com or if you do not have a scanner then sending a photo is best then the last resort is to fax it to me at 614-455-0419 

For the VERY BEST signature use a SHARPIE FINE POINT (ITEM 13601 FINE POINT) go to www.sharpie.com to see their selection.

Also, when you create your signature be sure it is lined up EXACTLY how you want me to give it back to you. For example, if you take a photo you will want the camera to be perfectly alligned so that when I get your signature it is just as if you signed it on lined paper and will line up nicely.

    This is a very helpful tool when you travel a lot, like I do. If you've ever run around looking for a printer and then a scanner or fax machine (or found out after you left the office supply store that the fax didn't actually go through), then you need this product.
    It took me awhile to get my signature to Dave Korpi in the right format. (I didn't follow his clear instructions.....) He was very patient, and even followed up with me to see if I was ready to re-send my materials.

    Dave created a transparent stamp that I use to place my signature onto documents in my pdf program. This saves me a lot of time becaise I don't have to print out the document(s), sign and initial them, then scan back into my computer.

    Soooo nice! I always wondered how other people got their signatures on documents and now I am doing it myself and it makes my life much easier! I now have my secretary insert my initials and signatures. Thanks guys!
