I will review your provisional patent application and edit it so that you can be assured you will have a properly filed Provisional Patent Application.
What I will frequently find is inventors leave out the "Enabling Disclosure" or described the "Preferred Embodiement".
Frequently this is because the inventor is "too close" to the inventive idea and fails to leave out critical elements explained in the Provisional Patent Video Course.
I will want you to have made nice drawings and at least 4 written pages of descriptions.

An inventor's best friend

I've used the service of Dave Korpi and Take 5 three times on three different inventions of mine. I find, there is no better tool to keep the creativity flowing than making sure my inventions and I are protected! Not only has Dave made my patent applications technically sound, he is a great sounding board that helps me process the broader applications of each idea. I find him trustworthy, kind and available to help he navigate. Truly an inventor's best friend! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A MUST USE SERVICE FOR ALL INVENTORS

This is the second time I used Take5 to review the patent application for an idea I have. Professional and Fast Turn around, as before. He also was extremely helpful in making sure that not only is my application in the proper format, but that the contents does its job in fully protecting my design as it is and anticipating future variations. If you're on the fence about whether or not to spend the money on this... you truly CANNOT afford not to. Best money spent!

WOW! I've been thinking how grateful I am that I found Dave and his Take 5 services. My start up budget is modest and I am still in awe of the professionalism and generosity that he shares for his incredibly reasonable fees. There is no doubt in my mind that working with him and learning from the expertise he shares will garner me the PPA and NPA I seek. A massive THANK YOU, Dave for all of your support and for helping me make my application the very best it can be.

I ordered Daves video on a Friday, and had my patent ready to submit on a Saturday, Dave did a great job of reviewing and editing it, and we got it submitted.
would recommend to anyone, hands down.
